From bulk deliveries to diesel exhaust fluid dispenser solutions, Azure DEF is here to help you achieve your DEF handling and storage goals. DEF storage and material handling in Southern California present several obstacles, notably high outdoor temperatures which can reduce the lifespan of DEF in outside storage tanks. We have a solution.
Whether you are looking at mini bulk storage, bulk DEF solutions, or a diesel exhaust fluid tank for a truck fleet, we can help. With Azure DEF, you will go further with our DEF products and solutions.
Azure DEF offers pumps, connections, hoses, and meters to help you handle and transfer diesel exhaust fluids safely and efficiently. These are available in a number of configurations, allowing for dedicated filling and dispensing valves attached to each of your DEF tank lids.
To ensure gaskets or dip tubes perform reliably and do not contaminate your DEF supply, we offer EPDM gaskets and dip tubes that optimize flow and simplify the pumping process.
Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) has a shelf life of up to two years so long as the environment in which it is kept is between 12° and 86° Fahrenheit. If you plan on storing your DEF in outdoor tanks, additional ventilation and insulation equipment should be installed to keep the solution within the acceptable storage temperature range. As most of our clients are in Southern California, most utilize cooled storage tanks when the product is being stored outside.
To ensure gaskets or dip tubes perform reliably and do not contaminate your DEF supply, we offer EPDM gaskets and dip tubes that optimize flow and simplify the pumping process. Not all plastic and metal materials can be used to store diesel exhaust fluids. Certain metals contained copper, carbon steels, and alloys or coatings that use zine or copper alloys should not be used. Whether it’s in the form of a diesel exhaust fluid dispenser, DEF storage tank, diesel exhaust fluid tank, or mini bulk storage unit, we can provide you with a number of solutions in storing and dispensing your diesel exhaust fluids.
When you sign up for a monitoring and filling contract with Azure DEF, we will install tank-monitoring equipment and maintain your DEF levels for the duration of the contract.
In Southern California, the heat often climbs above 85ºF (the maximum temperature at which diesel exhaust fluids can be stored for periods up to two years). Azure DEF offers a number of temperature-controlled DEF storage solutions to ensure your investment is secured. These will meet your short- and long-term needs by offering a ready supply of diesel exhaust fluid and the capability to store it in bulk for up to two years.
If you operate a fleet of diesel-powered vehicles, it simply makes sense to add an on-site diesel exhaust fluid transfer skid to your process. A DEF transfer skid allows you to quickly move diesel exhaust fluids from a bulk storage unit and to your fleet — no matter if it’s for heavy-duty trucks, boats, or diesel-powered locomotives. With a self-primed portable transfer skid pump, pump transfer skid, or portable carts from Azure DEF, you will reduce unnecessary downtime and keep your fleet of operators doing what they do best.
